We work tirelessly to ensure all staff and the surrounding communities are safe around our construction sites.
BayPhil staff are put through Sitesafe, First Aid, at Risk work and other courses relevant to Health & Safety.
Toolbox talks and Risk Assessments are mandatory before we begin any project and constantly updated as the project progresses.
We aim for ‘Zero Harm” in our work place.
BayPhil Construction is SITEWISE GREEN STATUS approved and continues to work hard always improving our Health and safety systems with a full time Health and Safety Advisor on board. BayPhil works closely with WorkSafe having a great relation with their officers.
Resources, Management & Project Management Skills
We have a key group of expert Staff with over 150 years combined experience in the Construction Industry. Our BayPhil Team has all relevant licenses and skill levels with a training Matrix available.
From initial meetings with Clients, assessing their needs, providing a Scope, Building Consents, Council Inspections and working with our own team of Engineers and Architects where required, we pride ourselves having the skills and equipment to complete a project from initial Plans, Excavation, Siteworks, Foundations, Building and completion of Exterior and Interior work to the finished product.
